Navigate to the new "My Tickets" section (you'll find a link in the main site navigation after logging in).

From there, you can create a new ticket or view your existing ones.
Our admin team will also be using this system to provide timely and organized responses. We believe this new system will significantly improve the support experience for everyone.

We are excited to announce that a "Forgot Password" option has been added to the login page of our website to enhance user experience and account security.
If you forget your password, simply click the "Forgot Password" button on the login screen. You will be asked to enter your email address, followed by a robot verification step. After successful verification, a One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your email.
Enter the OTP correctly, and you will be redirected to the password reset screen where you can set a new password. If the process is completed successfully, you will be notified both on the screen and via email.
